The Northville Public Schools Strategic Plan (2020-2025) outlines five key goals focused on fostering learner profiles that lead to globally competitive graduates, cultivating a culture of learning and leadership, reimagining curriculum and instruction, ensuring effective communication, and achieving organizational effectiveness. The plan emphasizes personalization of learning, attainment of core competencies, alignment of globally ready characteristics with standards and assessments, and the development of 21st-century skills and dispositions. Specific areas of focus include improving literacy and math skills, building social and emotional learning capacity, aligning curriculum and instruction from pre-kindergarten through graduation, enhancing digital learning tools, implementing high-impact instructional practices, strengthening MTSS frameworks, and pursuing inquiry-based learning. The plan also addresses effective communication with stakeholders, fostering parent and community partnerships, and ensuring fiscal stability and operational efficiency. Outcomes include globally competitive graduates, a culture of learning and leadership, relevant and responsive curriculum, effective communication, and a strong, strategically planned school system.
