The Council approved staff wages effective July 1, 2026, and the third reading of an ordinance regarding a zoning change. Additionally, a resolution was passed supporting the rezoning of property south of W McMurray Street and west of S Norris Street. The Council held a public hearing for the FY25/26 budget amendment and subsequently adopted the amendment. A discussion regarding the replacement of the furnace and central air unit at the Community Building was held and tabled, and a quote for concrete work in Garden Square was approved.
