This document serves as a supplement to the 2021 statewide Strategic Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Plan, updating key statistics, refining priority focus areas, and reflecting current operational needs and trends across Missouri's transportation network. The plan aims to enhance the safety and efficiency of Missouri's transportation system for travelers and incident responders by focusing on four primary goals: enhancing safety for the traveling public and incident responders, improving the reliability and efficiency of the transportation system, strengthening coordination and communication with TIM partners, and establishing TIM as a core Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) program within MoDOT.
