Community Affairs & Planning Committee Committee Meeting
The committee discussed the inclusionary zoning project for the town. The focus was on reviewing proposed official plan and zoning bylaw amendments, which were shaped by feedback from stakeholder consultations. The discussion highlighted that prevailing market conditions currently do not support an active set aside rate, leading to the recommendation of a 0% set aside rate as a flexible, market-responsive approach.
