Town Board of the Town of Woodbury Special Meeting
The Town Board discussed and passed a resolution to reject all previously received bids for refuse collection services. The decision was made due to the need to include specific material requirements in the bid specifications, such as bulk refuse collection standards, identification of municipal sites, contractor location preferences, service continuity guarantees, and fuel adjustment mechanisms. The Board authorized the re-advertisement of the invitation for new bids, which will include these revised specifications.
