BoardDesign Review Board Meeting Minutes
The Board meeting included discussions on several new and old business items. New business applications reviewed included a tabled exterior plan for a proposed Olive Garden, approval of exterior modifications for three residential properties, an expansion and parking project for the Honda detail center, and a proposed Firestone building requiring variances for glass percentage and signage. The Board also discussed additional funding for Home Improvement Grants, and new members were welcomed.
