Discussion points included financial status updates regarding funding shortfalls, changes within local tenant associations, and recent community initiatives such as digital literacy training and nutrition programs. Staffing updates were provided regarding recent hires for Human Resources and Resident Services roles. The Board also approved funding for scholarships at the Fidelity House and the Arlington Boys and Girls Club, as well as financial support for the Cook and Thrive senior nutrition initiative. A certificate of final completion was approved for the maintenance garage repair project.

The board received updates on various capital projects, including ventilation, fire alarm, elevator, and entry door upgrades across multiple properties, as well as high-speed internet rollouts and recent hot water heater installations. Administrative reports covered hiring processes for a new HR Manager and Resident Services Coordinator, along with rent determination notifications. The board approved the Device Lending & On-Site Use Policy, a contract with MACIR, Inc. for computer resources, a parking lot improvement project at the Hauser Building, and credit change orders for the Menotomy Manor energy retrofit. Additionally, the board voted to accept 2026 grant funding from HUD for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

Furthermore, the board approved a change order for the Chestnut Manor sewage ejector pump project, certificates of completion for maintenance garage and energy retrofit projects, and applications for LISC Climate Ready Housing and appropriations for Cusack Terrace. Public participation included reports from tenant association presidents and inquiries regarding pet policy enforcement.
