The council reviewed the progress of the upcoming Zoning Code map and conducted the first reading of an ordinance to adopt a cybersecurity program. Updates were provided on the Jackson Lake Project regarding the installation of a lift station, as well as the status of the bulk water station. The council approved Ordinance 18-26, which adopts the 2027 Tax Budget for the village. Additional discussions included potential future reductions in the WAC charge, the regulatory basis for the new cybersecurity policy, and a property purchase conducted during an executive session.
