This 2025 Annual Progress Report documents the City of Placerville's implementation of its 2021-2029 Housing Element programs. The report highlights significant progress in meeting Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) goals through sufficient land inventory and advancements in affordable housing projects, ensuring compliance with State Housing Element Law. Key efforts focused on updating zoning for supportive and special needs housing, securing funding and incentives for development, updating fair housing resources and infrastructure, and preserving existing housing stock. The report aims to maintain and improve the quality of life by maintaining and updating planning documents.

A Commissioner also requested informational items regarding parcel maps submitted pursuant to SB 9 or SB 10 be brought before the Commission.
