Board of Mifflin County Commissioners Regular Meeting
The Board approved various financial items, including general fund and payroll accounts, and received the treasurer's report. New business included a proclamation for National Night Out, a resolution to rename the SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority to The Joint Rail Authority and extend its existence, and several tax exoneration requests. The Board also approved the Human Services Block Grant plan, a collection services agreement with Integral Recoveries, Inc., and an estimate for replacing a control panel at the correctional facility. Additionally, the Board authorized professional housing rehabilitation services, software maintenance agreements, and several construction and repair proposals for county infrastructure, including the courthouse and prison.
