This document outlines the Langford Area School District's comprehensive plan for utilizing American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) funds. The board meeting covered various topics, including conflict disclosures, financial reports, payment of bills, health insurance renewal with the Associated School Board Protective Trust, NCSEC District Membership for the 2025-2026 school year, SDHSAA membership for 2025-2026, a bus route resignation, snow day discussion, the 2025-2026 school calendar, concession stand information, coach/activity work agreements, scheduling for the 2025-2026 school year, graduation preparations, Driver's Education, senior internship presentations, Farm to table committee, Aquaponics Green House committee, Capital Outlay 5-year plan, state reports, participation survey, Golf and Track meets, the Play production in April, Estelline dropping the district for basketball, homecoming, Awards Night, 6th Grade being pulled up to the 7th and 8th grade basketball and volleyball seasons, summer camps for basketball and volleyball, the gym closing for wax, wrapping up the opt out election, school board election preparations, negotiations, and budget work.

The board meeting included discussions on the future of the Langford Area football program, the approval of consent agenda items (November board minutes, November financial reports, and current board bills), and a review of the district's financial reports. A special board meeting was scheduled for January 4th, along with a parent informational meeting. The board amended the COVID plan to reduce the quarantine period from 14 to 10 days. Reports were given on the ASBSD Delegate Assembly, fruit sales, semester test schedules, upcoming sporting events, the Governor's Budget Address, a future bus purchase, and the superintendent search.

The board meeting covered several key topics, including the approval of consent agenda items (financial reports, bills, and open enrollment applications), a review of the financial report, and the appointment of a board representative to the ASBSD Delegate Assembly. The board also approved coaching contracts for girls' basketball, amended the close contact at-home quarantine policy, and received updates on Covid-19 response, student activities (state applications, ASVAB testing, pre-ACT testing), and free meal applications.

The board meeting included the approval of the consent agenda, which covered June board minutes, financial reports, and July bills. A public hearing was held on the proposed 2020-21 budget, with final adoption to occur at a later meeting. The board approved several work agreements for food service, special education, and teaching positions. Fuel bids for the 2020-21 school year were opened and accepted from Agtegra and DaMar Farmers Elevator. The board also set breakfast and lunch prices for the upcoming school year, established meeting dates and board member pay, and appointed members to the negotiation team. A special meeting was scheduled to discuss the district's back-to-school plan.
