This document is a Triennial Assessment of Keller ISD's Wellness Plan, detailing goals, objectives, and initiatives across four key areas: Nutrition Promotion, Nutrition Education, Physical Activity, and Other School-Based Activities. Actions were taken regarding employment recommendations and contract renewals. The Board adopted resolutions to declare various real property parcels as surplus and authorized the sale of specified real estate holdings. Additionally, the Board revised and adopted its operating procedures and approved a campus consolidation plan for Bear Creek, Parkwood Hill, and Trinity Meadows Intermediate Schools. The meeting also featured a review of the District Vulnerability Assessment report during an executive session.

The council conducted the election of the 2026-2027 Executive Board, including the positions of Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary, and Parliamentarian. Reports were provided regarding the Eat-The-Rainbow nutrition campaign and its expansion to K-12 for the upcoming school year, the finalization of the Wellness Plan updates, and an overview of the Kids Hope Mentoring Program alongside curriculum for personal health and safety. Additionally, subcommittees held sessions focused on Health Education, Mental Health, Nutrition Services, and Physical Health/Safe School Environments to share successes and recommendations.

The council conducted executive officer elections and reviewed several key reports. Discussions covered the implementation and feedback from the Eat-the-Rainbow nutrition campaign and an overview of the district's Wellness Plan, including proposed changes and next steps for adoption. Presentations were provided on mental health curriculum and programs, such as the Kids Hope Mentoring Program and counseling offerings related to interpersonal effectiveness and post-secondary career readiness. Additionally, the council reviewed the recommendation process and subcommittee assignments.

This document outlines long-range planning programs, providing comprehensive overviews of various academic and support initiatives. It covers Advanced Academics (including Gifted and Talented, Hybrid Math, Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement, UIL Academics), Language Programs (ESL, One-Way, and Two-Way Dual Language), AVID, and Pre-K. The plan details program qualifications, requirements, service models, staffing, and funding, aiming to inform future strategic decisions, introduce new programs commencing in 2026-2027, and refine existing offerings.
