The board convened to canvass and count verified provisional ballots for special elections. Additionally, the board certified election results for Canton Public Schools I-105 and the Town of Hydro. Discussion also took place regarding the cancellation of a previously scheduled contest hearing and the scheduling of future board meetings.

The board processed mail and nursing home absentee ballots for the Board of Education General and Special Elections, which included examining affidavits and counting ballots. Members canvassed election results for the Canton Public Schools and Geary Public Schools districts. The board also observed procedures related to the receipt of voting devices, the tabulation of results, and the custody transfer of ballot cases. Additionally, the Secretary provided a report on upcoming election events and future meeting schedules.

The board approved an amendment to the agenda to include the Financial Statement for the Resale Property Fund.
