Kaukauna Utilities Commission Regular Meeting
The Commission discussed and took action on several operational and administrative items. Approvals were granted for an amended Water Tower License Agreement with AT&T, an enterprise systems assessment contract awarded to Panorama Government Solutions, an engineering services contract for a new Interconnect Substation awarded to Power Systems Engineering, Inc., and a contract for a 138 kV spare power transformer awarded to Virginia Transformer Company. The Commission also approved updates to engineering position titles. Furthermore, updates were provided regarding financial investments, current utility projects, ongoing rate studies, federal grant negotiations, and department reports. Finally, the Commission authorized the payment of outstanding checks and approved accounts receivable write-offs.
