A request for a metal roof by Anne Kastelic for 730 Eggleston Rd. was approved. Plans for a new home by Palmieri Builders at 762 Club Drive W. were approved. Coblentz Homes' request for a new home at 1179 Bartlett Rd. was approved with conditions regarding window wraps, a transom window, foundation stone, and fireplace venting. A request for a new condo by Walden Ltd. at 303 Arboretum Ct. was denied.
