The board discussed potential construction timeline concerns raised by a local business owner regarding the 309 College Avenue project, specifically requesting a conditional approval to avoid demolition during peak student move-in periods. Additionally, the board reviewed a proposal for an extension of site plan approval for a project at 228 Drive Road, noting the absence of project representatives, and received an update on the preliminary and final site plan progress for the 309 College Avenue development, including adjustments to the internal design of the retail stair.
