Belmont City Council Workshop
The workshop focused on the second reading regarding the maintenance of criminal enforcement for certain city ordinances in accordance with state laws. Additional agenda items included reviews of architectural on-call services, health insurance plans for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, a grant opportunity for the National Fitness Campaign, and planning discussions for the '2026 Red, White, & Belmont' event. The council also received a quarterly finance update and reviewed the status of the solid waste and recycling contract.
