The governing boards discussed and approved the 2026/2027 revised calendars for Dobson Academy, Hearn Academy, and Val Vista Academy.

The meeting included the approval of consent agendas for Dobson, Hearn, and Val Vista Academies, as well as the approval of the FY25 Annual Financial Reports for each academy. The 2026/2027 school calendars for all three schools were also approved. Additionally, the board approved the 2025/2026 school field trips for Dobson, Hearn, and Val Vista Academies. The board also approved ASBA Policy Advisory Volumes 37, Numbers 5, 6, and 8, with prescribed revisions and deletions. Policy BBBB Governing Board Member Oath of Office was removed from the Ball Charter Schools Policy Bridge. Specific items included the approval of stipends for Leadership Team Members and Teacher Mentors at Hearn Academy. The meeting also featured a summary of current events and reports, including a Dobson Academy School Spotlight and an introduction to Academic Achievement Results for the 2024/2025 school year.
