The regular meeting addressed the Public Comments section, allowing individuals to speak on City business matters with a four-minute time limit per person. The board received a staff liaison report from the Director of Financial Services concerning the Assistant Financial Services Director position, which was vacant, and the need to formalize job functions for the new occupant. The Board subsequently voted to approve the formalized job description for the Assistant Financial Services Director position.
