The Commission addressed several items, including the reappointment of members to the E911 Board and the hearing of an appeal regarding a noise ordinance violation, which resulted in a vote to affirm the citations. Davis Justice Center. The commission also awarded a bid for a new drone for the EMA department and executed property agreements for a park project.

There were deliberations regarding the Loachapoka Community Center being deemed unsafe and the subsequent relocation of voting sites for upcoming elections. Additionally, the commission addressed concerns regarding the condition of Lee Road 246, renewed a lodging tax revenue agreement, reviewed and approved updates to subdivision regulations, and authorized the donation of material to support school and recreation ballfields. Furthermore, the commission approved participation in a recycling grant program and updated the Flood Damage Prevention Resolution in compliance with FEMA requirements.
