Tri-County Council Executive Board Executive Board Meeting
The meeting agenda includes administrative services updates such as a financial review for September, the review and approval of the final Fiscal Year 2027 budget, and updates regarding the multi-purpose center. Additionally, the council will receive operational status updates for Shore Transit and the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance. The board also plans to enter a closed session to conduct the annual performance review of the Executive Director.
