The Board of Health of the Northeast Tri County Health District resolved to increase the revolving fund to facilitate making change in various offices. The increases were allocated to the Colville Vital Statistics, Colville Environmental Health, Newport Office, and Republic Office. Custodianship for each location will be established by completion of a Revolving Fund Receipt, with records kept in the Accounting Office. Each custodian is responsible for maintaining an accurate record of their fund.

The resolution adopts the Northeast Tri County Health District fee schedule, superseding Resolution 07-2025. The resolution was passed in an open public meeting.

The Board of Health conducted a regular board meeting and voted to approve the purchase of property located at 486 S Oak Street, Colville WA in Stevens County (Tax Parcel Number 0021200) dependent upon the approval of the 2024 Northeast Tri County Health District Budget that included funds necessary to support the purchase. The resolution authorizes an amendment to the 2025 General Fund Budget to account for unanticipated revenue and cover unexpected expenditures.

The Northeast Tri County Health District Board of Health passed a resolution to act as the custodian of funds for disbursement purposes. Stevens County will continue to maintain the 'district health fund' for all Health District deposits. Separate 'Accounts Payable' and 'Payroll' accounts will be established, allowing authorized Health District staff to transfer money from the 'district health fund' as needed to cover expenditures and maintain an appropriate fund balance. Expenditure reports will be presented to the Board of Health at each regular meeting.
