The Board of Health of the Northeast Tri County Health District resolved to increase the revolving fund to facilitate making change in various offices. The Northeast Tri County Health District Board of Health passed a resolution to act as the custodian of funds for disbursement purposes. Stevens County will continue to maintain the 'district health fund' for all Health District deposits. Separate 'Accounts Payable' and 'Payroll' accounts will be established, allowing authorized Health District staff to transfer money from the 'district health fund' as needed to cover expenditures and maintain an appropriate fund balance. Expenditure reports will be presented to the Board of Health at each regular meeting.
