BoardReading Area Transportation Study Technical Committee Technical Committee Meeting
The committee discussed updates regarding CommutePA and local safety events, confirmed e-ballot results for slope repair projects, and reviewed various amendments and modifications to the Transportation Improvement Program. Additionally, the meeting included formal recommendations for the adoption of the Air Quality Conformity Analysis Report, the Community Demographic Assessment, the response to public comments, a memorandum of understanding for TIP amendments, and the Self-Certification Resolution for the TIP and Long Range Transportation Plan. Project status updates and scheduling adjustments for the LTAP program were also presented.
