The Board of Trustees convened to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute and to receive a written legal opinion from counsel.

The committee reviewed an employment contract for the incoming President, Mr. Knezek, following his request for modifications. It was determined that the Committee's responses to these proposed changes would be forwarded by the Vice President.
