The St. Tammany Parish Planning Commission reviewed several zoning and subdivision requests. The Commission voted to postpone three items: zoning case ZC820323B, the Oak Harbor Reserve Subdivision, and Clark Branch Estates Phase 1. Approved items included a request for property access via the parish right-of-way on Cobalt Street, the minor subdivision of tracts 3A1 and 3A2 into smaller parcels, the minor subdivision of parcels A, B, and C, and the minor subdivision of lots M1 and M2. Additionally, the Commission discussed and proceeded with the subdivision of parcel A1 into four distinct lots.
