The Agency conducted its annual and regular meeting to address several organizational and financial matters. Key actions included the adoption of the fiscal year 2024 audited financial statements, as well as the ratification and re-adoption of various agency policies, including compensation, code of ethics, whistleblower, investment, travel, procurement, and defense and indemnification policies. Furthermore, the board elected officers for the agency board and appointed staff positions, including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief compliance officer, and secretary/counsel.

The agency also held its annual organizational meeting, ratifying and re-adopting key operational policies including the compensation, code of ethics, whistleblower, investment, travel, procurement, defense and indemnification, and real property acquisition policies. Furthermore, the board elected its officers, appointed staff positions including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary/Counsel, and established the agency's contracting officer.

The plan aims to replace outdated land-use regulations from 1970 and address significant demographic shifts, evolving retail landscapes, institutional land uses, and the burgeoning biotech industry. The objective is to incorporate community input to shape a long-range policy guide for the town's future development and growth.

The board reviewed and passed a resolution approving ongoing and future expenditures for the property, including ratifying Phase 1 work and accepting proposals for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the project, which involves excavation, retaining wall construction, and drainage improvements. These expenditures were deemed necessary to address geological instability at the site.

The meeting focused on organizational and governance matters. Key actions included the appointment of two new board members for five-year terms and the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023 Audited Financial Statement. The agency also passed an Annual Organizational Resolution to ratify PAAA policies, elect and appoint board officers, and establish committees. Additionally, the agency approved a resolution to review its fee structure and held a discussion regarding new and existing business and projects.
