The regular Council meeting included a Truth in Taxation Hearing where a modification to the levy resulting in approximately a 5% increase was discussed, with attendees advised to contact the County Assessor regarding home evaluations. Key actions included the approval of final completion and final pay application for the Airport Crack Repairs & Surface Treatment project. Resolution 2025-12-03-1, approving a State Airport Fund Grant Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, was passed. The council also approved vendor transactions for August and finalized the warranty deed transfer and the hiring of the new police officer.
