The regular Council meeting included a Truth in Taxation Hearing where a modification to the levy resulting in approximately a 5% increase was discussed, with attendees advised to contact the County Assessor regarding home evaluations. The council also approved vendor transactions for August and finalized the warranty deed transfer and the hiring of the new police officer.
