Key strategic goals include maintaining relevant academic offerings, ensuring an updated faculty, fostering a culture of assessment, establishing international exchange programs, promoting a research culture, offering continuous education, consolidating agile management, developing a model technological infrastructure, and strengthening its fiscal base.
