Crafton Hills College Student Equity Plan 2025-2028
The 2025-2028 Crafton Hills College Student Equity Plan builds upon previous efforts to address equity in classroom success and services, particularly for Hispanic/Latinx and African American/Black students. The plan is structured around four key themes: targeted outreach, marketing, and fostering a sense of belonging; curriculum and instructional development alongside student support strategies; professional development and equitable hiring practices; and enhanced data tracking and analysis. Its overarching goal is to cultivate a culture of equity, close achievement gaps, and create an inclusive environment that empowers all students, especially those from historically underrepresented groups, to thrive and succeed.
