The strategic plan for Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC) focuses on enhancing students' lives and the region through education, service, career, and workforce training. Key goals include improving learner success by increasing matriculation, experiential learning, retention rates, licensure pass rates, and credentials awarded. The plan also aims to achieve organizational success by investing in human, physical, and operational infrastructure, increasing resource acquisition, and improving visibility. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen industry partnerships and align college offerings to build a sustainable workforce pipeline through program relevancy reviews, competency-based education, and expanded workforce training.
