New business included the approval of grant acceptance for the District Attorney's Office (VOCA and VAWA), granting several applicants permission to apply with Planning & Zoning for exemptions from the real property subdivision moratorium, approving a 2026 budget amendment for Probate & Magistrate Court, and consideration regarding a bid for batting cages for the Recreation Department.
