The board reviewed and discussed the Korn Subdivision, including the final survey and certified letters to adjacent property owners, before unanimously approving the three-lot subdivision. They also reviewed amended drawings for the Wolf Den 3 Lot Subdivision, addressing concerns about septic system placement and hearing public comments regarding a line of pine trees and potential noise from construction, ultimately approving the subdivision. Additionally, the board reviewed an application for the Covell Property Subdivision and discussed a proposed low-income housing project at the former Dun Roamin Cabins property, including details about the project's scope and financing.

The budget workshop included discussions on water, codes and assessor. The board approved the purchase of a 2024 Ram 5500 Chassis Cab Tradesman truck, a Boss 10' DXT VEE plow HD, a BOSS VBX+9000 -- Poly Vee Box Spreader, a SVL97-3HFCC (Kubota Skid Steer), two 5800 refrigerated samplers and the purchase for Siewert Equipment to provide a service technician(s) to remove current piping and install customer provided piping.

The meeting included discussions about the beach and the snowmobile club. A contract with Winchip Over Head Door Co Inc for overhead door maintenance was approved. A Water Tap Application for Mr. Donnelly was approved. Jessica Botterbusch was approved to work at the Department of Health Rabies Clinic. A contract with Seeley Office Supply for a new printer was approved.

The budget workshop included discussions on the transfer station, covering plowing, snow removal, and buildings. The Senior Citizen Club's new bus and Meals on Wheels program were reviewed. Library programs, both new and current, along with employee matters, were discussed. Updates from the Schroon Lake Emergency Squad were also presented.
