Additionally, the Council approved an employment agreement for the City Manager and announced winners for the SmartSwitch and CustomerConnect programs.

The City Council conducted several key agenda items, including the recognition of various wrestling state champions from local high schools through official proclamations. Legislative actions included the adoption of ordinances for limited obligation bonds and zoning amendments regarding mobile food vendors, special event permits, annexation, and zoning designations for specific properties.
