The Commission reviewed the treasury reconciliation report and approved the purchase of a new street sweeper and a Ford F550 cab and chassis for the Public Works department. The commission awarded the bid for the Galina Drive storm water improvements project and approved accounts payable. Additionally, the commission discussed and approved a contribution to the Columbia Regional Airport air service fund. Other actions included authorizing a backflow replacement for the old jail and discussing potential adjustments to the standard mileage reimbursement rate.
