Ad-Hoc Advocacy Committee Meeting Minutes
The committee discussed the selection process for a new student Board of Education member from the junior class, including an upcoming informational assembly for Grade 10 students. It was decided to delay soliciting students for Board of Education committees until the fall. Additionally, the committee addressed policies regarding graduation cords and reviewed progress on a student advocacy guide. The group also discussed preparing a proposal on student representation for the upcoming National School Boards Conference.
