Msu Denver Student Government Tsac Meeting
The meeting focused on the 'Tivoli Reimagined' project, detailing its history as a brewery, its conversion into a shopping mall, and its current status as a student union requiring significant infrastructure upgrades. Discussions centered on the need for modernization, including improved ventilation for food vendors, HVAC system repairs, roof replacement, and plumbing issues. The presentation outlined a proposed program plan that organizes the building's three floors into distinct zones for connection: student interaction on the first floor, commercial operations and community on the second, and institutional services on the third. The project aims to improve wayfinding and create intentional spaces, with future phases involving architect selection and design engagement sessions.
