The board meeting primarily addressed the commendation and retirement of a long-term maintenance worker, passing a resolution in his honor. Additionally, the board discussed and approved a significant change order for the rehabilitation of 21 apartment units. This change order was required due to unforeseen damages from typhoons and tropical storms, as well as vandalism, which necessitated extra work and a new completion date. The board also reviewed a contract credit related to a radon mitigation system allowance that was no longer required.
