Additionally, ordinances were approved for Zone Changes Z-25-20 and Z-25-21, as well as amendments to Washington City Code Title 9, Chapter 7, Section 2(A), Title 9, Chapter 9, Section 2(A), and Title 8 Chapter 7. The council also moved into a closed session to discuss character or professional competence of an individual.
