The meeting agenda includes the review of payroll and claims, requests for park usage and road closures for community events, and presentations on entrepreneurship resources and court information. Business license renewals and new applications are set for approval, alongside human resources actions including new hires and temporary staffing. Additionally, the council will address various new business items, such as sanitary sewer rehabilitation, water main replacements, change orders for pump station generators, contractor bid recommendations for facility improvements, payroll proposals, and state transportation contracts.

The meeting will include updates on collaborative efforts with five communities along W. Jefferson to organize a car or motorcycle cruise for late spring/summer 2025, as well as an update on Joe Hunter's replacement on the City of Ecorse DDA Board. Discussions will also cover a collaborative DDA meeting with River Rouge on December 10th and the submission and discussion of DDA 2025 meeting dates.

The agenda includes the approval of payroll and claims, a prosecutor's report with several action items regarding amended penalty ordinances for buildings, building permits, dangerous buildings, business licenses, rental property registration, vacant property registration, animals and fowl, and blight. New business items include the second reading of the 2021 International Fire Code, a mutual aid agreement with US Steel, the sale of Mill Street property, approval of a Notice of Intent Resolution for revenue bonds, approval of a 2025 bond ordinance, and awarding quotes for the 2025 Carnival. Councilmember concerns, public comment, and adjournment are also on the agenda.

The meeting agenda includes informational updates, approval of the agenda and minutes from the October 8, 2024 meeting, approval of September and October budgets, unfinished and new business, public comments, and board member comments.

The public hearing will address the 2025-2026 budget and millage, as well as special assessments for police, fire, and street lighting. New business includes approval of a residential housing rehabilitation program and the sale of several properties through that program. The meeting will also cover the approval of the 2025-2026 budget and millage, and resolutions for the special assessments. A budget amendment for fiscal year 2024-2025 will also be addressed. A request from the Seventh Day Adventist Church to conduct door-to-door ministry from June 1 to August 22, 2025, will be considered.
