BoardSchool Health Advisory Council Meeting Minutes
The council discussed mental health updates, including student referrals, virtual counseling services for early childhood, and the implementation of the Peer Helpers Plus curriculum. The meeting covered counseling training and program evaluations, as well as challenges and solutions for the Communities In Schools program. Additionally, the committee reviewed nursing service end-of-year data, such as medication administration, telehealth consultations, and dental clinic outcomes. Other topics included the evaluation of an attendance assessment pilot program and the success of a community 5K event.
