The Commission discussed and voted to remove Requirements 12.1 and 12.1-G from the Secretary of State's Recommended VVSG 2.0 Testing Requirements to clarify testing protocols. Additionally, the Commission reviewed and approved the test plan submitted by VotingWorks for the VxSuite 3.1 system. The Commission also considered a presentation regarding the Dominion electronic vote counting device, ultimately deciding not to pursue a rental option for the devices at this time, as there remains sufficient time to complete the necessary testing.
