Regular Board Meeting of Geronimo Public School
The board meeting agenda includes re-establishing positions on the Geronimo Board of Education; appointing an acting president and/or clerk; determining the maturities and setting a date, time, and place for the sale of $550,000 general obligation combined purpose bonds; and designating bond counsel. The board will also consider hiring Architech with GH2 Engineering and Joe D. Hall Construction Manager for an upcoming bond project; consider any resignations; enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters; consider hiring support and certified staff for the 2021-2022 school year; approve a resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-rate); approve a contract with Robertson Therapy; approve fundraisers; review the superintendent's/principal's report and treasurer's report sheets; approve encumbrances and signing of warrants.
