Adams Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes
The Board discussed a variance application for property at 19-25 Park Street, which included requests for multiple signs exceeding current bylaw limits for size and number. The board members expressed concerns about the lack of specific design information and the potential for giving broad approval without understanding the final signage appearance.
