St. Louis Board Of Aldermen Regular Meeting
The Board of Aldermen conducted a meeting that included the appointment and reappointment of various individuals to district and city boards, such as the Cathedral Square Special Business District, Library Board, EQH Market Street Community Improvement District, Grove Community Improvement District, St. Louis Hills Special Business District, and Board of Adjustment. Key legislative discussions focused on the perfection of Board Bill #49AAFL regarding zoning regulations for Data Centers and Board Bill #55 prohibiting tax incentives to data centers. The Board also discussed the Third Reading and Final Passage of Board Bills #60 and #63 related to transportation funds and the YouthBuild Grant. Additionally, the Board adopted Resolution #78 urging St. Louis Public Schools to postpone final action on the Future Ready Plan and approved numerous courtesy resolutions honoring local businesses, organizations, and individuals, including the Fattened Caf, Darmond and LaKeisha Edwards, Bishop James Earl Holloway and First Lady Linda Holloway, Martin Temple Church of God in Christ, Alexander Beard, Uhuru Bakery & Café, Joel P.E.
