City of Foley Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
The commission reviewed and acted upon various development and zoning requests. Site plan approvals were granted for the Grand Riviera Boat and RV Storage, PJ's Coffee, The Waters at OWA, and Flex Office Space projects. The commission recommended rezoning requests for Vulcan, Inc. and Harold Motter to the Mayor and Council. Conditional use approval was granted for Climate Storage, and PUD modifications were authorized for Ridge on Wolf Creek Phase II. Additionally, the commission approved deviation and preliminary requests for the Nature Walk at Graham Creek Subdivision, as well as zoning ordinance amendments regarding signage. A minor subdivision request for Tretheway Subdivision was tabled until the following month, and a resolution was adopted honoring a long-serving staff member for their tenure.
