The board meeting focuses on investment reviews with Dahab Associates, including asset allocation, appropriation fund recommendations, and an Investment Manager RFP. Additionally, the agenda includes processing the transfer and withdrawal of retirement deductions, approving payroll and vendor warrants, reviewing cash requirements and bank reconciliations, and accepting new members. Several PERAC memorandums regarding PROSPER tasks, login enhancements, and the tobacco company list will also be discussed.

The meeting includes public hearings regarding a Notice of Intent for sewer pump station upgrades at Powder Mill Road, a Request for Determination of Applicability for driveway reconstruction at 18 Hillside Street, and a request for a determination regarding building footprint modifications at 2-6 Powder Mill Road. The agenda also covers administrative business including agent updates and the review of previous meeting minutes.

The committee discussed several ongoing projects including the Sustainability Committee Climate Action Plan, the planning for the Teaching Allee expansion, and preparations for the upcoming Arbor Day event. Updates were provided regarding Tree City USA application status, tree tag deployments, and the Glenwood Cemetery plan. Additionally, the committee voted to support the incorporation of rail trail plants into the Downtown Arboretum and explored potential future tree planting locations in the downtown area.

Additionally, the commission reviewed maintenance updates for the Memorial Park watering trough and historic exhibit cases at Town Hall.
