The board meeting agenda includes public hearings for the acceptance of unanticipated donations for the Heritage Awards program, community bandstand upgrades, and repairs to the Old Fire House Community Center. Key business items include the review of weekly manifests, consideration of several temporary event permits for fishing tournaments and community events, and decisions regarding property tax credits, exemptions, refunds, and abatements. The board will also address committee appointments, approve a barge permit, discuss an Eagle Scout project, appoint an interim town manager for grant administration, review drainage issues at the town docks, discuss a work plan, and approve rules of procedure. The Board deliberated on a variance request for a property on South Main Street to convert an accessory structure into a primary dwelling within the shoreline setback, ultimately voting to deny the application. Additionally, a public hearing was held regarding a special exception for vertical expansion of a nonconforming structure on Poplar Island; however, due to a loss of a quorum during the meeting, the deliberation for that decision was continued to a future date. Other agenda items, including discussions on the rules of procedure and site walk scheduling, were postponed.

The Commission discussed several outreach initiatives, including the Branch Out Wolfeboro program, upcoming tree talk events, and Arbor Day follow-up activities. Additional topics included the update on the Natural Resources Inventory, progress on a conservation easement for Tax Map 46-4, land conservation outreach, and trail maintenance by the Greater Wolfeboro New England Mountain Bike Association. The board also addressed the transfer of a conservation easement for Tax Map 99-3-7 to the Wentworth Watershed Association, renovations at Ellie's Woodland Walk, and environmental monitoring efforts by Wolfeboro Waters. Furthermore, the Commission reviewed Planning and Zoning Board application statuses, personnel updates, and infrastructure projects at Sewall Woods and Heath Brook.

The Commission addressed the election of current officers and reviewed updates regarding the Heritage Awards Program. The members discussed the Zoning Board of Adjustment case for 69 S. Main St. and drafted a letter regarding the matter. They also reviewed clarifications on zoning district overlays and the role of the ZBA. The session included the unveiling of new Town-Wide and Downtown Area surveys and discussions on their distribution and future utility. Furthermore, members were assigned to monitor barns enrolled in the 79-D Barn Easement program, and goals were established for coordination with the planning board. An executive session was held to address an RSA 91-A grievance, and various administrative action items were identified for follow-up.
