The Committee discussed the final payments for fire department apparatus, specifically a pumper and a ladder truck, which will be funded by the ambulance reserve account. The session included a review of the fire equipment replacement strategy, including trade-in prospects and ambulance maintenance cycles. Additionally, the Committee addressed a request from the police department to procure a new, state-mandated fingerprint machine.
